The Provider (Unsounds Records) indicates the way in which the Consumer can pay, with clear step-by-step instructions during the check-out process. Payments can be made via iDeal, PayPal or bank transfer.
Before concluding the agreement, confirmation of the product or service to be provided and the price to be paid will be sent to the Consumer via email. On account of this confirmation, the agreement is concluded with a physical action by the Consumer (e.g. a mouse click).

SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are based on current Dutch postal service guidelines for letters and parcels, plus a handling fee of a few cents per package.

You will be able to purchase digital releases once you have created a customer account. PayPal payment ensures direct download. The files are ready for download from your personal DOWNLOADS page once the PayPal payment has been confirmed, which generally should be almost immediate. Note that, for practical reasons, Bank Transfer payments are only possible for multiple purchases, and imply a delay in delivery of the downloadable files. Downloading files should be fast, however you will not be able to keep exploring the site in the meantime. Before downloading very large files (iBooks are over 500mb) be sure that your own connection allows for such a transfer.

A l4-day cancellation period applies to products ordered via mail order. Products must be returned undamaged, delivery costs for returning the product are at the customers expense, you will be refunded for your original purchase ex. original delivery costs. The cancellation period does not apply to our downloadable products. The legal 14-day cancellation period does not apply for business to business sales (sales to our distributors).
Unsounds guarantees that the products provided conform to the agreement and fulfill the specifications given in the offer. The Provider shall pay the whole purchase amount back if it appears that the products differ from the ordered products at delivery. Any requests for remedy or replacement of the defect or missing item shall be granted by the Provider.
All defect goods must be returned as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days after the Consumer has made his/her complaint known to the Provider. Please use the 'Returns' form on this website to notice us of any complaint. The Consumer has an obligation to inform the Provider within due time after having noticed the defect. Either you will be refunded for your original purchase, or the product will be replaced.
